@c marshaling: on the extern, string encoding (@marshal(MarshalKind.LpStr) / @marshal(MarshalKind.LpWStr)); on a NativeCallback parameter, @marshal(MarshalKind.UserDataLast) passes user_data after the callback's own arguments.
